Rental Policies
Terms, conditions, and policies
Rental Requirements
- All drivers must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required
- Credit card in the renter's name required for security deposit
- Signed rental agreement required before delivery
Reservation & Payment
- Full payment is due at the time of booking
- A $500 security deposit authorization is required
- Security deposit is released within 5-7 business days after rental ends
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
Cancellation Policy
- 7+ days before: Full refund
- 3-7 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Weather-related cancellations may be eligible for rescheduling or refund at our discretion.
Delivery & Pickup
- Carts are delivered fully charged and fueled (if gas)
- Someone 21+ must be present to accept delivery
- Delivery times are scheduled in 4-hour windows
- Early returns do not qualify for refunds
- Late returns may incur additional day charges
Use Restrictions
Golf carts are NOT permitted to be used:
- On highways or roads with speed limits over 35 mph
- By anyone under 21 years of age
- While under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- For commercial purposes without prior approval
- Off designated paths or roads (unless explicitly allowed)
- To tow or haul beyond manufacturer specifications
Damage & Liability
- Renter is responsible for the cart during the rental period
- All damage must be reported immediately
- Basic liability coverage is included in all rentals
- Premium coverage available for additional protection
- Renter is responsible for damage not covered by insurance
Insurance
Basic Coverage (included):
- Third-party liability up to $50,000
- 24/7 roadside assistance
Premium Coverage ($15/day):
- All basic coverage benefits
- Collision damage waiver
- $0 deductible for covered incidents
- Theft protection
